We start with a free, no-obligation consultation via email, phone, or in person. We'll discuss your dietary needs, taste preferences, and cuisine style to create the perfect menu for you and your family.

On your service day, I’ll personally select the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. I use organic, pesticide-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free ingredients.

In house service only- I will arrive with all the necessary equipment and groceries. Each meal is prepared fresh in your home to your exact preferences.

Drop off meal plan- I will make your meals and them off once a week.
Your meals will be packaged, labeled, and stored with clear heating and handling instructions—ready for you to enjoy at your convenience
